The link for hotel reservations is now available!
This year there is a $15 per vehicle per day parking fee. Please see the Parking Details page for more information on that.
Standard Room rates are $174 per night plus applicable state and local taxes (currently about 10%). No deposit is required.
Keep in mind that when you check in, in addition to the room charge they will apply a $50 per night hold onto the payment card during the check-in procedure. This is released at check-out, and so is just a hold, but make sure to plan ahead to have that amount of room on your credit card. Debit cards also work, but that means those funds aren't available until they're released after check-out. They are unable to accept cash.
Other notes from the hotel:
Ice machines: If you will be bringing coolers, please bring your own ice to fill them. The hotel ice machines are not at all designed to produce that much ice.
Room cleaning service: The Hotel is currently not cleaning sleeping rooms mid-stay. They haven’t since they opened back up after COVID.
If a guest needs toilet paper, tissues, towels, etc., they can call down to the front desk and housekeeping will bring the items up to their room during the daytime hours.
If someone does need their room fully cleaned, they need to call down to the front desk and request it the day before.
And regarding service animals: The hotel only allows service animals for persons with disabilities and requires a waiver for each. Emotional support animals are not permitted at all.
While we will have the Dorsai Irregulars as our security team again our members are still responsible for safekeeping of their personal property in both the parking lot and convention space.
We now have some rooms negotiated at special rates:
Just like the main hotel the overflow hotels will apply a $50 per night hold onto the payment card during the check-in procedure. This is becoming industry standard. This hold is released at check-out, but make sure to plan ahead to have that amount of room on your credit card. Debit cards also work, but that means those funds aren't available until they're released after check-out. They are unable to accept cash.
